Complaints and returns

• No problem! If you are not 100% satisfied, you can indicate within 21 days after receiving the order that you want to return one (or more) item(s) (legally this is only 14 days) then you also have 5 weeks (35 days) to do this. You pay the shipping costs for the return shipment yourself.
• After receiving the returned order, we will transfer the amount of your order to your bank account within 3 working days.
